【出國研修申請公告】110學年度交換申請資訊(交換、雙學位)

*申請出國時間: 110學年度上學期或下學期或一整學年*

繳件時間: 2021.01.04(一)~2021.03.05(五)

繳交地點: 義守大學國際處 國際移動力中心 林宜萱 Amy

1.     出國申請表

2.     交換生具結書

3.     中文前一學期成績單(含班級人數及排名)

4.     英文歷年成績單

5.     外語能力證明影本

6.     其他有助於審查資料

7.     若申請學海惜珠獎學金者須提供地方行政主管機構所開立之低收入戶證明

書面資料完成繳交至國際移動力中心給宜萱(Amy)，請於申請期限截止前(110/03/05)完成繳交和補件，逾期恕不接受補件。

*欲申請日本學校之交換計畫者，請上日文系網站了解申請程序:

書面資料請於2020年2月25日（星期四）下午17:00前繳交至應日系系辦(國際學院10樓61005-2室)，並隨時注意面試資訊。

1.    Application Form

2.    Declaration of Indemnity

3.    Academic Score Certificate of Last Semester in Chinese (include ranking)

4.    English academic transcript of all semesters

5.    Copy of valid certificate of foreign language proficiency

6.    Other supplemental certificates or documents

Please submit the documents to OICA Global Mobility Center Amy

Please complete all the submission before deadline.

*If you apply for Japanese University, please follow Applied Japanese Department’s application process：

Please submit the documents to Department of Applied Japanese (International College 10F 61005-2) before2020/02/25 17:00.

Please notice that interview is necessary after application.
